The Web Client only works under IE with the Microsoft® XML Core Services (MSXML) 4.0 release, available at MSXML 4.0 Service Pack 2 (Microsoft XML Core Services). Please install this software, which provides complete implementation of XSL Transformations (XSLT) and XML Path Language (XPath), in order to run the Web Client.

1. Download MSXML 4.0 Service Pack 2 (Microsoft XML Core Services).
2. Install the service pack:
   • To start the installation immediately, click Open or Run this program from its current location.
   • To copy the download to your computer for installation at a later time, click Save or Save this program to disk.
